Front Desk receptionist is awesome. I didn’t get his name but he was very accommodating and customer service oriented. Well done!

The breakfast is good but I would like to see menu changes on a daily basis. Also, I was a bit disappointed on one male service attendant when I asked him about the location of hot water, he replied with a sarcastic manner or words to that effect.

The rooms were all compact and recently renovated with bottled water. Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location - within a walking distance of everywhere we needed. An indoor restaurant was magnificent for an early breakfast.

Some people working there were poorly trained.

Modern and pretty standard accommodation with PLEASANT staff in the reception desk. Amazing, perfect location in Manila, close enough to the taxi, the Casino and the Mall annex and still need a Taxi to get there. Again, not far from a Roman Catholic church.

The rooms were newly decorated with excellent airport view. The location couldn't be more magnificent and unbeatable very near the airport with free shuttle.

The hotel staff was very unhelpful.

Located in the middle of the city. Set in a nice enough area near Casino and other areas of interest, posh shopping centre, and the ninoy aquino international airport. A lot of food at the breakfast, including coffee and eggs.

There were an electric kettle, air conditioner, and a personal safe in my double room. The location was good, in back garden, it's a plus.

Hotel was comfortable and cool, we greatly enjoyed this place.

The location was great - in the middle of Manila. The restaurant was reasonably priced for breakfast, we ordered hot dishes.

Double room with good showers, 2 queen beds, a bathroom the size of a postage stamp. Good and perfect position in Manila.

The breakfast was savoury on local Philippines foods, the best I had in Manila. The location was marvellous, you can visit Resorts World Manila by walking. It was set close to restaurants and canteens.

We enjoyed twin room with a view.

It was in the middle of Manila with Resorts World Manila nearby. The breakfast had a good choice of options: coffee and eggs.

There were a safe box, a TV set, and a writing desk in my newly renovated room.

Had a very comfortable stay on my second night of stay, everything was wonderful. Its location was unbeatable, really close to shuttle service, near entertainment area and shopping area, varied dining options available, and the shopping centre. A cool bonus was Cafe Republiq, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The hotel serves exceptionally good breakfasts on local Philippines foods. It has spacious and cheap rooms with coffee and a bathroom, as example to feel comfortable. The property is at 0.5 miles distance from the airport.

The venue is reasonably large and fairly clean with a reasonable value and really kind stuff. Whatever you need is this spacious and cheap room with tea or coffee, a good view and a fridge. The reasonably priced restaurant for breakfast is a nice plus.
